Sweetwater is looking for enthusiastic and empathetic licensed therapists and psychiatrists to join our growing team!

We are a highly-regarded physician-led outpatient behavioral health practice treating patients across the lifespan. We provide comprehensive interdisciplinary care and enjoy a cohesive and supportive community at our office. Monthly clinical case conferences provide an opportunity to discuss cases and receive feedback from our team, including psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, and PsyD), and a registered dietitian. Individual supervision is available and provided when appropriate. 

Positions are available for hybrid work, with full-time employees providing in-person care two days per week. Our office in Leetsdale is a comfortable and welcoming environment for in-person appointments and multidisciplinary consultation. You will have flexible hours with total autonomy over your caseload. A dedicated front office staff handles all administrative duties, including prior authorizations, scheduling, and billing so that you can focus on clinical care. No evening or weekend call. Vacation coverage is provided by experienced colleagues.
